Information we collect
Our hosting infrastructure may record standard request information such as an IP address, request time, browser or user-agent information, referring page, and the page requested. TestedHarbor does not currently provide user accounts, newsletter signup, or a contact form that collects submissions on this site.
Analytics and cookies
TestedHarbor uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure aggregate website usage. GA4 may collect or derive information such as pages viewed, session activity, referral source, browser and device type, and approximate geographic information. Google may use cookies or similar identifiers to provide this service.
We use these reports to understand daily traffic and improve our content, not to identify individual readers. You can manage cookies through your browser, learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Affiliate links
Some links on TestedHarbor may contain referral identifiers and send you to retailers or affiliate networks. Those third-party sites may use cookies or similar technologies and collect data under their own privacy policies. We do not control how those retailers handle your information after you leave our site.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal information. Hosting providers, Google as our analytics provider, and affiliate services may process limited technical, usage, or referral data to deliver the site, measure traffic, maintain security, attribute referrals, and operate their services under their own terms.
Data retention and security
Analytics data, hosting logs, and security logs may be retained according to the applicable provider settings and terms for measurement, operational, abuse-prevention, or legal purposes. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we avoid collecting personal information that the current site does not need.
